Ohh very nice remake :O.
Clear mastering and a lovely bass <3
Great job dude, haha and pretty coincidential too.
You remade something of Martin Garrix, and I remade something of Zedd.
It is right below your submission xD.

5/5 10/10 here dude!.
Keep going.

apedap responds:

Hey, thanks a lot! I'll check it out! ;D

Hey :D,

I was uploading my own track to here when I noticed on facebook that you finally posted something again :D. You have been out of it for a few months haven't you ?.
How is life ?.

Very awesome and chilly track. I like how you progress through genre's throughout the years.
For all I know this could've been played in a disco 30 years ago haha :D, its awesome.

Greetings,
Tristan aka PotencY :3

D-Chain responds:

Hey man, yea i noticed your track too lol i am taking my time before i go and review it already!
actually i havent been out really.. ive been participating to a remix contest. anyone can join, the end date is May 10/11 voting starts at May 11.

Timo, once more you out-do yourself with a beautiful track.
And for the reviewers below me, he will finish this most likely.
As far as I know this producer ( lol ) he nearly always finishes what he posts as a WiP.
On the contrary to some other producers...

He's still in Viva la France, but he should be back in a few days now I think.

Cheers!,
PotencY.

P.S we still need to collab some time xD

D-Chain responds:

Hahaha thanks Potency!
I should be back this weekend and continue this piece.

Good track, but as the reviewer below me said, you gave your plucks and chords waaaaay too much momentum. You can effectively lower the volume by 50% and it is still enjoyable.
Especially in the middle of your track, the kick and the percussion greatly suffers because of the high volume inbalance.

Its the only feedback I can give you, the rest is top notch ^^
4/5 8/10.

Cheers,
PotencY.

Norato responds:

Ok, thanks for the tips. :)

Unfortunately you agreed on a Creative Commons license once you decided to upload it hear.
Meaning people can use this in their own project as long as it is not a commercial project.
But if I make a youtube movie about my hamster and I want this song going with it, then I can.

Very good song though, really enjoyed it!.
5/5 from me.

Denn-C responds:

Hey thanks! I know how it works! But I'm talking about stealing as in commercial uses.. It happened to me a lot, songs being stolen and released on minor labels.. I want to avoid that because it simply hurts to see a piece of myself being exploited for money by fake artists, hence the note!:D

Thanks for liking it mate. Have a good one!

Typing this while listening.

Very awesome introduction chords.
I dig the melody and the progression in it.
Then at 30 seconds you introduce a kick, which is way too soft for the main kick.
So I don't really think it is a main kick haha, as expected you keep building.
At 1 minute a really nice tom variation and keeps building and building.
I can really feel tension.

Then at 1.24.................. 0.o ....................... 0.o ?!.
What the hell ?!. Only 3 months of producing and already being this far.
You have some great potentional mate.
You already know how the structure of a house track is made, and the mastering is good enough!.
This will probably be my only point of criticm too. And then especially the kick.
You can hear it, but it is a bit too stereo, not sure if you did this on purpose or not,
But because it is stereo it does not give as much power as it could. Also, a stereo kick takes up potential space for a pluck / melody or chord for example.

But apart from that, im amazed at how good this is for real!.

9/10 5/5 from me mate.
It is nearly perfect on a professional level, and beyond perfect for a guy 8 months in.

Cheers,
PotencY.

Alohha responds:

Thanks alot! :)

I've been having problems with layering kicks but i am working on it!

Holy shit.
This is beyond newgrounds, it deserves more than a common license, it should be released.
You are skilled enough for that !

hopeku responds:

I already release psytrance music under the name of Hopeku!

Thanks very much for your comment :)

Wow the percussion is amazing!.
But on the contrary, the instrument and the melody is TER-RI-BLE and really butchers anything you have in this track now. at 1.06 it still sounds somewhat nice, but if I were you I would add less detune and just go with an electro saw, i think that would compliment your beautiful percussion a lot more.

Cheers,
PotencY.

YakovlevArt responds:

Hahaha!
Thanks- I guess. Well I know I can turn that saw into something less interesting and layer saws/synths together. Even if the detuned saws make it sound bad, I think it makes it interesting and unique in a sense. I was really experimenting and it even took me some time to get used to the sound, but I feel it makes the track stand out. Maybe when I go in for the finish, I'll play with the tune of it and see what I come up with.

Thanks for the review though.

Hooly Toenails, that quality is amazing!.
And what I especially liked to hear in this track is how you've improved on making variations in percussion. I was like "Holy jesus that sounds awesome".
And I especially mean this part --> 00:30 - 00:32.
Ofcourse the rest is fantastic aswell, as always :).

You are giving me a growing motivation in making a full track myself.
Last half year i've only made remixes, small wips and score music for games xD.

P.S
I bought East West Symphonic Choirs. This is giving fantastic vocals that can be customized.
It also has a word builder that makes the vocals say the text that you type!.

Hope to hear more from you soon, or on skype ^^

Cheers.
Tristan

D-Chain responds:

Mwuah Mwuah Mwuaaaaa.. or something.. lol i havent been able to finish dis one duo to lack of inspiration and lack of motivation TO finish it... kinda sad and sucks i know.
but thanks for the words!
hopefully i can get some magical motivation ASAP because i have random idea's like never before.

Really?! Coldharbour recordings ?!. That one is as big and popular as Zouk Recordings :|, and both are a sublabel from Armada. If you can get in there, you've made it to the top instantly :P.
Then again, the track equals in quality with every track i've heard there so far.
Especially the percussion is fantastic. A really strong point in the track. The track actually gives me images about the rain forest and the jungle. Because of the bongo's and african drumsounds early on.

Maybe a good name for your track would be : Amazonia. If I would've made it that would be the name lol. Or something like Anaconda or anything rain
Keep going mate!

I will start making tracks again soon aswell, I just got a new computer, but Sylenth1 is not running on Windows 8 >.<

Cahzmana responds:

Lol thanks man!
i think we've found just the perfect title for this track,
tho we are going to keep it a secret for a little while.
however we will update if anything is up!

anyways, if everything goes smoothly, then yes, if we are given a chance @Coldharbour.
if not, there are certain other labels we have looked at and they will do just as fine ;)
its no shame to atleast try the best labels.
what matters most is if the track gets a release.

Lol yea i was kinda hoping you would start again!
actually i was waiting for it to happen but yea.
and WHAT!? sylenth doesnt work on Win8?
thats going to get a place in my "EPIC fail compilation of 2013" for sure!

anyways if anything pups up on my soundcloud ill definitely check it out ASAP!
take your time! and thanks for your time here at Newgrounds :)

Hobby level "home-grown" Producer. Hoping to reach a professional level within my still severely limited lifespan. Posting tracks on newgrounds when idk wtf to add (WiP's). Will occasionally post complete tracks. Have a listen and enjoy :D. Greets Potenc
